At the Green House we strive to provide our guests with comfortable relaxing accommodation in a chilled out atmosphere. Think of us as your home away from home! In order for us to maintain this atmosphere it is necessary to impose some rules and restrictions, these are outlined below. Please read these carefully before making your enquiry and decide if the Green House is the right place for you.

Restrictions:

• No under 18's.
• Single sex groups limited to 6 people.
• No Stagg or Hen parties.
• The Green House is situated in a residential area, as such excessive noise and drunken or yobbish behavior will not be tolerated.
• Unfortunately we cannot offer access to kitchen and cooking facilities at this time.

The Green House Rules:
In addition to the laws of England and Wales, (which forbid illegal activities such as drug use and assault), we require that:

• All beds are to be paid for upon arrival.
• Each guest is required to provide a BOND of £40 upon arrival. (This bond is fully refundable upon the return of your room keys and provided there are no damages to your rooms etc).
• Fire Extinguishers are for Emergency Use Only. (A fine of £50 will be imposed for any improper use).
• Non-residents are NOT allowed into The Green House without prior permission.
• Noise levels are to be kept to a MINIMUM after 11pm.
• Rooms are to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. (Luggage may be stored free of charge so that you can enjoy your last day!)
• Residents are responsible for their own security and valuables.
• Any guests choosing to ignore these rules will be asked to leave without refund.

Booking Terms:

• In order to secure your booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total fee payable in advance along with a signed copy of our booking terms and rules.
• Cancellations: Your deposit will be fully refunded provided we recieve a minimum of 28 days notice of cancellation. Min 21 days notice = 50% refund. Min 14 days notice = 25% refund. A £5 administration fee will be incurred in all circumstanses.
• In the unlikely event that The Green House is unable to accomodate you due to unforseen circumstances on our behalf a full refund will be given.
• The Green House cannot be held liable for loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables.
